Fresh spinach - 200 g,
apples - 2 pcs. green varieties,
fresh celery - 2 stalks with leaves.
Cooking methodRinse the spinach, dry on a napkin.
Wash the petioles of the celery, cut off the coarse parts, cut the petioles into slices.
Wash the apples, cut into quarters and core.
Squeeze the juice from the apples and celery.
Place the spinach in a blender, add juice and beat the mixture until smooth.
