Sunberry jam with ginger

Sunberry -1 cup,

sugar - 1/3 cup,

fresh grated ginger - 1 teaspoon,

lemon (juice) - ½ pc.

Cooking method

Place ripe sunberries, sugar and ginger in a cooking container and simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring constantly. Taste the jam and add lemon juice to taste. Remove from heat. Place immediately on sterilized jars, screw the lid back on and place the jar vertically in a pot of hot water so that the water level almost reaches the lid. Cook for another 10 minutes. Remove carefully and allow to cool completely.
