Lavash rolls with red fish, cottage cheese, cucumber and avocado

Cooking method

Mix cottage cheese with mayonnaise, finely grated cucumber, chopped garlic and chopped dill.

Spread a sheet of pita bread on spread cling film, spread it with curd mass in an even layer, salt and sprinkle the entire surface with freshly ground pepper.

Put the green onion feathers on one edge of the pita bread.

Cover the top with a second sheet of pita bread, brush evenly with sour cream and put thin slices of fish on it so as to cover the entire surface of the pita bread. Place the sliced ​​avocado on the same edge as the onion.

Roll the pita bread tightly into a roll, wrap the resulting roll with cling film and put it seam down in a cool place for 30-40 minutes.

Before serving, cut the finished roll with a sharp knife into rolls of the same size, on top the rolls can be decorated with red caviar and herbs.
