milk - 750 ml,
ground cinnamon
hot pepper
chicken egg - 1 pc.
Cooking methodBreak the white chocolate into wedges. Place the chocolate in a medium-sized cup and place the cup in a saucepan of nearly boiling water. Allow the chocolate to completely melt, stirring regularly, until smooth. Add some pepper and cinnamon to it, as well as a beaten egg. Mix.
Burn the milk and pour into portioned cups.
Pour the resulting chocolate mixture very slowly into the cups of milk. It may take about two minutes for the milk to not form a "leathery foam" on the surface.
Serve immediately.
