Radish decoration

It is better to buy radishes for carving with leaves. Fresh radish leaves should be a juicy green color, not lethargic. The root crop must be full and firm, with a bright color.

1. Cut a thin strip of skin 1/3 from the tip.

2. Cut out the same strip on the other side. You should have 2 "parallels" at the same distance from the "equator" of the root crop.

3. Cut out "meridians" about 5 mm wide.

4. Continue to cut the radish slices, moving around the radish circle.

5. The decoration is ready.
