Lemongrass jam

Chinese schisandra - 1 kg of berry puree,

sugar - 1.5 kg,

apple juice - 100 ml.

Cooking method

The washed lemongrass fruits are steamed and rubbed through a sieve. Apple juice, granulated sugar are added to the resulting mass and brought to a boil, stirring constantly.

Jam is put in jars and covered with lids. Store in a dark place at room temperature.
