black elderberry - 30-50 brushes of flowers,
sugar - 1 kg
lemon - 3 pcs.,

Put well shaken black elderberry flowers and sliced lemons in a non-metallic dish, add water and leave to infuse for 24 hours. Then strain the solution, add sugar and lemon juice to it. Mix the solution well and leave for another 24 hours. Due to the presence of a weak fermentation process in the solution, a lemonade is obtained that is ready for use.
Pour the finished drink into bottles and store in a cool place. After 3-4 weeks, carbon dioxide is formed, and well-chilled elderberry lemonade acquires the sparkling properties of champagne.
