Beans - 300 g
tomato paste - ½ cup
onion - 1 pc.,
dry monarda - 1 teaspoon,
garlic - 1 clove,
flour - 1 tbsp. spoon,
vegetable oil - 2 tbsp. spoons,
salt to taste.
Cooking methodSoak the beans in the evening, the next day, boil them until soft in the same water without salt. After cooking, some of the water should remain.
Fry onions in oil until golden brown, add flour and tomato, stir thoroughly so that there are no lumps. Put this mixture in the beans, if necessary, add water so that the beans are completely covered with liquid. Add monarda and boil everything together until the sauce thickens. Put the mashed garlic, let stand for 3-5 minutes under the lid.
These beans can be served hot or cold.
