Vegetable salad "Serpentine"

Daikon,

carrot,

sweet bell pepper,

fresh cucumber,

fresh parsley,

olive oil,

lemon,

sesame (seeds).

Cooking method

Peel the daikon, carrots, cucumber and bell peppers.

Rinse the parsley, dry and chop finely.

Cut the pepper into thin long slices.

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.

Cut thin long serpentine slices from the remaining prepared vegetables with a vegetable cutter.

Sprinkle the salad with lemon juice.

Season with olive oil.

Salt.

Leave to infuse for 30-40 minutes.

Add finely chopped parsley and mix well again.

Sprinkle toasted sesame seeds over the salad before serving.

Note

This salad will perfectly liven up a lean table.
