For 1.5 cups of water:
kale cabbage - 1 head of cabbage,
stalked celery - 4 stalks,
fresh spinach - ½ bunch,
sweet apple - 1 pc.,
sweet pear - 1 pc.,
banana - 1 pc.,
lemon - ½ pc.,
cilantro,
parsley.
Cooking methodFinely chop the kale cabbage leaves, add water in a blender and stir at low speed until smooth.
Add spinach, celery, apple, pear and whisk all ingredients on high speed.
Add chopped dill and parsley, banana, lemon juice and stir well again.
Serve immediately.
