"Mice on cheese" salad

Ham - 200 g,

chicken egg - 3 pcs.,

about salted cucumber - 1 pc.,

l uk turnip - 1 pc.,

m ayonnaise - 100 g,

I quail egg - 5 pcs. (for decoration),

salt,

ground black pepper - to taste,

black peppercorns - 15 pcs. (for decoration).

Cooking method

Cut the ham into small pieces and dice and place in a salad bowl.

Cool, peel, and dice the potatoes.

Cut the pickled cucumber into small cubes, squeeze out the excess liquid. Add cucumber cubes to salad.

Peel the onions, chop finely, put them in a salad.

Grate the hard cheese on a fine grater, add to the salad.

Chicken eggs from hard boiled, chilled, peeled. Separate the white from the yolk. Grate the protein on a fine grater and put it in the salad.

Season the salad with mayonnaise.

Season with salt, pepper and stir salad.

Place the salad on a serving plate, shaping it into a cheese head.

Chop the boiled yolk and sprinkle it on the salad on top and on the sides.

Quail eggs are hard boiled, cooled and peeled.

Make mice out of these eggs. Eyes and nose - from black peppercorns. The ears and tail are made of cheese.

Place the mice on the surface of the salad.

Decorate with fresh herbs.
