Chicken salad with grapes and pistachios

Boiled chicken fillet - 300 g,

fresh grapes (seedless) - 200 g,

celery (root) - 120 g,

fried pistachios - 2 tbsp. spoons,

lemon - ½ pc.,

green leaf lettuce,

fresh parsley (greens),

mayonnaise.

Cooking method

Squeeze the juice out of the lemon.

Peel the celery root and cut into strips.

Finely chop the pistachios.

Cut the boiled chicken fillet into slices and sprinkle with lemon juice.

Combine all ingredients. Season to taste with salt, pepper, mayonnaise.

Place the green salad leaves on a serving dish and place the prepared salad mixture on top of them.

Top with grapes and parsley.

Note

For this salad, it is better to take grapes with a delicate sweet and sour taste and delicate aroma.
