Chicken breast in the sleeve with apples and banana "Festive"

For 1 chicken breast:

apple -1 pc.,

turnip onion - 1 pc.,

banana - ½ pc.,

semi-sweet red wine - 3 tbsp. spoons,

vegetable oil - 1 tbsp. spoon,

soy sauce - 1 tbsp. spoon,

coriander,

savory,

black pepper,

salt to taste.

Cooking method

Cut the prepared chicken breast into large pieces.

Cut the apple into thin slices, the banana into circles.

Peel the onion and cut into half rings.

Combine prepared fruits with onions, sprinkle generously with spices, herbs, add oil and stir.

Pour over the chicken with wine and soy sauce, sprinkle with spices.

Arrange fruits, onions and chicken breast in a sleeve in layers, alternating and distributing evenly over the bag. Tie up your sleeve like candy.

Bake in an oven preheated to 200 degrees until tender.
