Red viburnum (berries) - 500 g,
dried thyme - 50 g,
honey - 150 g,
water - 3 l.
Cooking methodRinse the viburnum berries, squeeze the juice out of them.
Pour boiling water over the thyme, boil and strain.
Add viburnum juice and honey to the herbal broth, then bring to a boil and cool.
Pour the finished drink into bottles and store in a cool place.
