Omelet with arugula, goat cheese and herbs

Chicken eggs - 4 pcs.,

milk - 2 tbsp. spoons,

a mixture of fresh chopped herbs (chervil, marjoram, parsley, tarragon, chives) - 1.5 tbsp. spoons,

soft goat cheese - 40 g,

small young arugula,

butter,

salt,

ground black pepper.

Cooking method

Beat the eggs thoroughly with milk, a mixture of herbs, salt and pepper.

Cut the goat cheese into small cubes.

Melt the butter over medium heat in a skillet, pour in the egg mixture and cook, stirring with a fork, so that the omelet is fried evenly.

Once the omelet has set, sprinkle one half of it with cheese and arugula. Gently tilt the pan, slide the omelet onto a preheated plate and fold it in half.

Serve immediately.

Note

Based on this recipe, you can make an omelet with cherry tomatoes and cheese, in this case, instead of goat cheese and arugula, you need to take grated cheddar cheese and halved cherry tomatoes. Cook the same way.
