Blue plums - 3 kg,
bell peppers - 6 pcs.,
garlic - 4 large heads,
walnuts - 1 glass of kernels
sugar - 6-8 tbsp. spoons,
basil - 1 bunch
ground black pepper - 1 tbsp. spoon,
hot red pepper - 1 tbsp. spoon,
water - 1 glass.
Cooking methodRinse the plums, put in a saucepan, add water, bring to a boil. Cool, remove seeds.
Rinse the pepper, remove the seeds, mince together with plums, basil, garlic and nuts.
Stir the mixture, cook over low heat for 20 minutes, stirring constantly, then add sugar and pepper, stir again, remove from heat.
Put hot adjika in sterilized jars. Cover, sterilize for 10 minutes. Roll up, wrap up until it cools completely.
