Open yeast dough pie with thorns

Baking type Ingredients

Blackthorn (berries) - 500 g,

ready-made yeast dough - 1 sheet,

sugar - 4 tbsp. spoons,

starch - 1 tbsp. spoon with top,

ready-made biscuits - ½ pack,

walnuts,

butter - 3-4 thin plates (for crumbs),

vegetable oil -1 tbsp. spoon.

Cooking method

Rinse ripe sloe berries under running water, drain the water, remove seeds from the berries.

Mix sugar and starch.

Break the finished cookies into crumbs with your hands (or you can make crumbs from flour and butter).

Add a few thin slices of butter to the crumb. Mix the butter with the cookies (it is better to mix with your hands, the crumb will turn out to be more homogeneous and beautiful).

Roll out a sheet of ready-made yeast dough.

Put the rolled out layer of dough on a baking sheet greased with vegetable oil.

Lightly sprinkle the dough on top with sugar mixed with starch, spread the blackthorn berries over it with the pulp inside, sprinkle the remaining sugar and starch on top.

Sprinkle the cake with chopped walnuts, then the prepared crumb.

Pinch the edges of the cake by making the sides.

Bake the pie in the oven for 40 minutes at 200 degrees.

Remove the finished cake from the oven, let it cool slightly and serve.
