Dumplings with thorns

Type of second courses Ingredients

For the test:

wheat flour - 3 cups,

milk - ½ cup,

boiled water - 1/3 cup,

chicken egg - 1 pc.,

vegetable oil - 1 teaspoon,

salt - 1 teaspoon.

For filling:

blackthorn (ripe berries) - 400 g,

sugar - 150 g

Cooking method

Rinse the thorn, remove the seeds.

Knead an elastic dough, divide into small balls, roll out flat cakes from them, put sloe berries in the middle of each and sprinkle with sugar on top. Blind dumplings.

Cook the resulting dumplings in small batches in boiling salted water. As soon as the dumplings float, let it boil for 2-3 minutes and remove with a slotted spoon.

Transfer the dumplings with thorns to plates, sprinkle with sugar and serve.
