Homemade non-alcoholic apple cider

Type of drinks Ingredients for 1 liter of apple juice:

5 pcs spicy cloves,

honey,

cinnamon - on the tip of a spoon. Method of preparation For the preparation of cider, you can use fresh apples with a small "breach", which are not suitable for long-term storage. Rinse the apples, remove the stalks and "defective" places. Large apples must be cut into pieces.

Squeeze the juice from the prepared apples. To make the cider transparent, if necessary (depending on the type of juice you make), strain the juice through cheesecloth to remove the pulp. (Apple pulp can be used to make candy or jam.)

Pour pure juice into a saucepan and add spices to it to taste. Bring the juice to a boil, then reduce the heat and simmer for another 5-7 minutes. Allow to cool.

Strain the cooled juice, add honey to it to taste. Stir and pour into prepared containers. Keep refrigerated.

Serve chilled. Note This cider recipe is not a classic one, because there is no fermentation process in it. However, this version of cider is perfect for baby food and will definitely appeal to anyone who prefers non-alcoholic drinks. The cider is transparent, refreshing, with a delicate spicy taste.
