Eggplant: varieties for the most refined taste

Currently, the stores have a rich selection of eggplants. Therefore, given our short growing season, it is better to choose the variety from early ripening and with shortened fruits to speed up their filling.

The keeping quality and transportability are excellent.
• Amethyst - early ripening variety, technical ripeness occurs 95-115 days after full germination. The plant is closed, of medium height. The fruit is of medium length, pear-shaped, glossy, dark purple in technical ripeness. The pulp is white, without bitterness. Fruit weight 240-280 g.
• Anet F1 - an early ripe hybrid. The plant is powerful, tall. Fruits are cylindrical, purple, weighing up to 350 g.

• Arap... Attractive fruit in deep purple color. The period from germination to the first harvest is 120–130 days. The bush is semi-spreading, high. Fruits are cylindrical, 20–25 cm long. The fruit retains its commercial qualities for a long time.
• Afghan Early - mid-early variety for unheated film greenhouses and open ground. The plant is vigorous, decorative. Fruits are small, orange in color, weighing 50-60 g.
• Bagheera - an early ripening hybrid. The plants are vigorous. Fruit weighing 250-300 g, oval, dark purple. The pulp is of medium density, white with a green tint, without bitterness. The hybrid is well suited for growing in greenhouses.

• White Night... Bushes 60–75 cm high, compact. The fruit is 17–25 cm long, 7–10 cm in diameter, elongated pear-shaped. Fruit weight - 200–300 g. Fruit color in technical ripeness is white, in biological ripeness it is yellow. The pulp is snow-white, without bitterness.
