Wheat sprouted milk porridge with dried apricots

Milk - 1 glass

wheat (sprouted grains) - 0.5-0.3 cups,

dried apricots - 5 pcs.,

butter - 1 teaspoon

sugar,

salt to taste.

Cooking method

Grind the washed germinated wheat in a blender and pour over hot milk.

Then add sugar, salt and finely chopped dried apricots.

Mix everything and cook over low heat, stirring continuously for about 15 minutes. You can add butter to the finished wheat porridge.

Note

In this recipe, dried apricots, if desired, can be replaced with 2 tbsp. spoons of raisins.
