Pizza with chicken, pineapple and ham on puff pastry

Baking type Ingredients

Ready-made frozen puff pastry - 500 g,

canned pineapples - 150 g,

white chicken meat - 200 g,

ham - 100 g

turnip onions - 50 g,

cheese - 100 g

tomato paste -2 tbsp. spoons,

mayonnaise - 2 tbsp. spoons.

Cooking method

Boil chicken fillet until tender, cool.

Defrost the dough, roll it into a thin layer.

Spread the tomato paste over the dough.

Prepare the filling: cut the ham into thin cubes, pineapples into cubes or slices, onions into half rings, grate the cheese, cut the chicken fillet into small pieces.

Put the filling on the dough: first, spread the meat ingredients - chicken and ham - over the dough, then put the pineapple slices. Grease with mayonnaise on top, sprinkle with grated cheese.

Bake the pizza in the oven for 25-30 minutes at 180 degrees.
