Burdock (petioles),
vegetable oil,
soy sauce,
sesame seeds,
garlic,
hot red pepper
greens,
salt,
powdered sugar - to taste.
Cooking methodBoil the burdock stalks, peel and soak in cold water for about 5 hours.
Then dry the petioles, cut into rings, fry in vegetable oil, salt and add soy sauce. Simmer the onion with sesame seeds and garlic. Then combine all the components, mix, season with hot red pepper, herbs, and season a little with powdered sugar.
NoteFor cooking, it is better to use a domestic vegetable variety of large burdock (Arctium lappa) - Samurai.
